About Chennai Suburban Railway

Chennai Suburban Railway (சென்னை புறநகர் இருப்புவழி) is a suburban rail system serving the Chennai city of Tamil Nadu State. The Chennai Local Train operations had started in the year 1931 and it is operated by SR (Southern Railways). The Suburban Train Chennai consists the system length of about 896.57 Kilometres.

How to Know Chennai Local Train Timings?

In order to know Chennai Suburban Train timings follow the simple steps given below:

  • Secondly, click on “ My Train”

  • If you want to know train between the stations then select the time in the 01st box

  • In order to know the number of trains click on “View Trains”
