Chittaranjan Locomotive Works (चितरंजन लोकोमोटिव वर्क्स) is simply abbreviated as “CLW” is an electric locomotive manufacturer established in the year 1950 which was named after the freedom fighter of India “Chittaranjan Das” and owned by the state in India. It is headquartered at Chittaranjan, in Arsenal of West Bengal State with an operational unit in Dankuni. In the world, it is one of the largest locomotives manufactures of IR Production Units.

WAG – 7 is the BG (Broad Gauge) freight locomotive of 1.676 meters which runs with the operating speed of 120 Kilometer per hour and consists the features of the following horsepower (hp) unit of 5000, 25 Kv AC and Tap Changer/DC Traction Motor technology

WAP – 7

WAP – 7 is the BG (Broad Gauge) passenger locomotive which runs with the operating speed of 140 Kilometer per hour and consists the features of the following horsepower (hp) unit of 6350, 25 Kv AC and 03 Phase technology

WAG – 9
