Kolkata Light Rail Transit

Kolkata Light Rail Transit is simply abbreviated as “KLRT” is an MRTS (Mass Rapid Transit System) proposed for the Kolkata city of West Bengal State. It consists of 02 railway lines and 12 light metro rail stations. The track gauge or standard gauge of Kolkata Light Rail Transit is about 1435 mm or 04 feet 8 1⁄2 inches. The electric power supply consists of a third rail supply of about 750 V DC (Direct Current)

Delhi Light Rail Transit

Delhi Light Rail Transit is simply abbreviated as “DLRT” is an MRTS (Mass Rapid Transit System) proposed for the National Capital of India, New Delhi, and Delhi State. It consists of 03 railway lines.

Vijayawada Metro

Vijayawada Metro is an MRTS (Mass Rapid Transit System) proposed for the Vijayawada city of Andhra Pradesh State. It consists of 03 railway lines and 25 metro rail stations. The track gauge or standard gauge of Vijayawada Metro is about 1435 mm or 04 feet 8 1⁄2 inches. The AP Government has decided to remove the Metro rail project and choose for Vijayawada Light Metro rail for the city of Vijayawada and appears to be going back to Vijayawada Metro rail again. The operations of Vijayawada Metro are going to start in the year 2020 (As estimated)
